I had the pleasure of dealing with this shop. The manager, John DeNicola, provides amazing customer service. I had a small concern about a transaction and John was phenomenal in how he dealt with my concerns. He addressed my concern immediately and had excellent follow up after the sale. If you are lucky enough to be in the area and are able for this to be your local bike shop I cannot recommend it enough. I have been riding for 25+ years and this is hands down the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Customer Service

As stated above this shop has awesome customer service. John ran my concern to ground and made sure I was happy. To say he went above and beyond does not begin to describe how well he took care of me.

Nice gear available here, the problem is that D&Q insists on MSRP for the gear. I've done business here and they still wouldn't throw me a bone when I wanted to upgrade wheels. Found a shop in Medford that easily met my price and didn't have an attitude. D&Q seemed to imply that I should honored to do business with them. I'll never go back, NEVER. Your milage may vary, of course.

Customer Service

Good customer service, as long as you are buying their big bucks stuff.

If you want to be pampered like Nordstrom, then this bike shop is for you, as long as you have money to burn. Good gear and selection, but you will pay for it.

A shop full of $5K + bikes and accessories costing 20% more than MSRP.

Customer Service

Can't say exactly. I've never actually seen anyone in the bike section.

You must all be kidding? Do you work for them? No self respecting cyclist shops there. WAY over priced and pretentious. All of their "classes" are nothing more than vendor demos and fire sales.

THE specialty superstore. I bought my Trek 2100 road bike from them 2 years ago. Fabulous selection, excellent service, and internet prices. I live 1.5 hours away, but the trip here is sooo worth it.

Customer Service

Fabulous. Free lifetime service on a bike you buy, and free install of accessories you buy for your bike. They don't nickel and dime you.

I cannot recommend this place enough...and I live 75 miles away!

Not an all around shop, only high end flashy stuff. Don't bother if you don't want a bike that doesn't need to be constantly serviced.

Customer Service

Can't stand the constant up-sell tactics. I brought a bike in for a tuneup and they tried to add up grades without notice and expected me to pay. It seems they like to fire anybody who really knows about bikes.

It was intimidating for a newb to walk into this shop and stare at the 4 figure price tags but once a sales person came up to point to my price range he made me feel right at home.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff without attititud. Free lifetime tuneups. Competitive pricing.

A nice shop with a broad range of bikes for the first timer up to the expert. The staff knows their stuff and is willing to work with you to fit you correctly.

Customer Service

Lifetime service on in house purchase is a nice selling point. Clinics for basic bike maintenance.

D and Q specialized in outdoor/adventure sports - cycling, skiing, boarding, skating...I bought my skis there for service and checked out their bike selection. Overall, they were price competitive with other LBS in the area and are very knowledgeable.

Customer Service

The clincher for me - free lifetime service on bikes bought at the store. They also run free clinics on basic maintenance.
