I've used them for years. They used to also sell on ebay years ago but no more.
I've spoken to their customer service numberous times just to get sizing or whatever. I've never had any issues, stuff delivered in a good time frame. There is like a bazillion categories of stuff. I use them to compare prices to as well.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Ordered Pitlocks, the items came, one skewer, the m10 did not fit my hub, the seat post lock snapped as my bike mechanic was trying to install it, and the front wheel worked fine for a day, then stopped spinning mid-ride. I reported the issue, they gave me the run around for about 3 weeks, then told me it was my fault and I should seek a refund from the bike mechanic. They wouldn't even exchange the M10 skewers, or any other part, which was all that I wanted really. Horribly customer service. Very shady. Personal advice- avoid at all costs, it's not worth the $20 you might save.

Online shop. This is the second time I've given them a shot against my better judgement. In both cases I placed an online order for an item, then waited over a week while the order status on their website said "processing." They already charged my card. I emailed customer service. It took a business day for them to come back and say "oh sorry, we don't actually have that in stock, do you want this other similar part." Annoyed, but needing the part, I agreed. I've not received any kind of order or shipping confirmation via email, and their stupid website still just shows the old part and "processing." Yes, their prices are inexpensive, but its clear that they have no idea what their actual inventory is nor do they inspire confidence that they are going to get your order right. I will not be shopping here again.

Sent wrong bike (a bike that was 1/2 the price of the one ordered..even the frame was different!) then, after waiting a month for processing and delivery, original bike was "Out of stock!"

I've never been to the shop, only used their web store. I'm not qualified to rate how knowledgeable they are of merchandise.

Customer Service

Excellent, very responsive. I mistakenly ordered two of the item I wanted (a whole bike!), called them to leave a message (at 2 am), they returned my call a few moments later and it was taken care of immediately.

I've used them one other time since then (so far) and all went very well.
