It was a decent shop but has been closed now for about a year, maybe more...

If you're looking for someone with an expert knowledge of cycling and in particular a fundamental understanding of bicycle repair and mechanics, then see Bob at Souhegan Cycleworks. Quintessential small town shop with a welcoming (not snobby) attitude, and willing to take the time to explain things, an often lost art nowadays.

Very relaxed, low pressure and welcoming atmosphere. Well stocked with inventory. Very fair pricing compared to other local more popular bike shops. Smart staff and the owner will even come out to talk with you and help you , although you can tell he's busy, he spends plenty of time answering any questions. I was impressed!

Customer Service

Excellent experience buying accessories and renting a race bike for a triathlon. They cut me a break on the price and didn't break my stones about when to pick up and drop-off. The bike performed flawlessly.

The store is decent size and is clean and nice to browse around. They have a decent selection of clothing and accessories. Parts and bike stock are not great. But if you want something they can get it for you. They have Santa Cruz, Redline, Bianchi, Jamis, Yeti, and some custom bikes. At the time of this review they do not have much for 29ers or 29er components. But again they can and will get it for you. They also have decent used bikes on consignment.

Customer Service

The owner (Bob) is always willing to talk about bikes and components. He is very knowledgeable about the industry. He is always going to give you the real story and never tries to sell you anything you do not need. He is very helpful. The mechanics are also very friendly and enjoy talking about biking. They are also very good at repairs and tune ups.

I very much enjoy walking in and talking with the owner and other employees about biking, new items, racing, etc. I am always tinkering with my bikes or doing a build and I like that they have or can get things that I need. I sometimes buy stuff online, but I enjoy walking into Souhegan Cycleworks and chatting up about bikes.

Souhegan Cycleworks is a great, low/no pressure-to-buy shop with experienced ownership. The sales staff is reasonably experienced and if they don't have the answer, they know where to look. Brands include Yeti, Titus, Tomac for boutique brands and Raleigh and Jamis for mainstream. Road bike selection is also good with Bianchi, Jamis and fuji, if you like that stuff. For repairs/tune-ups, this is the place to go if you can't do it yourself. an experienced mechanic, not a kid with some internet directions, will wrench on your bike.

Customer Service

I can only say good things about this shop. Its not often a shop owner will talk you out of a purchase you don't really need to make.

Seems like a great shop. I've only purchased accessories here, but the staff seem very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Excellent selection of name brand components and tools. Can shop online first to see what they have and then head over and purchase.

Somewhat limited selection, Yeti, Jamis and Raleigh for MTBs.

Customer Service

Excellent so far. Great recommendations and friendly staff.
