Mainly a Specialized dealer, but they carry a good selection of other accessories and clothing. They carry a good range of low to high priced models and what they don't have at one store will probably be at one of the other locations.

Customer Service

I've always been treated well at each of their shops, even when I'm just browsing. They greet you, ask if you need any help and then don't hover if you're just looking around. They were very pleasant and patient with my multiple visits with questions before I finally bought a bike, then took the time to make sure it fit well, including swapping out the stem and bars to get me in the riding position I needed. All this on a sub-$2000 bike that was already marked down.
They obviously care about creating a comfortable shopping environment. I suspect that they put some thought and time into training their staff, because everyone I've talked to has been knowledgeable about the products and knows how to treat customers to guarantee repeat business.

We only make it up to Traverse City 2 or 3 times a year, but I always stop at both McClains locations and am treated like an old friend. Definitely one of my favorite bike shops.

One of my favorite bike shops, no matter which of their stores I visit the customer service is top notch. There is a mix of dirt warriors and road snobs there so no matter what you are looking for someone can help you zero in on the right product.
