Worst shop I have ever been too. Sales people have the attitude that you don't know anything and you are actually bothering them. Plain rude and elitist. Too bad as they would have gotten myself and 5 other riders as dedicated customers. Instead do yourself the favor and go to JRA cycles in Medford. GREAT group of guys with NO attitude. Customer Service Horrendous at best... Similar Products Used: Go TO JRA. |

shop is nice and has a very good selection , of all kinds of bike including kids . good for a one stop shop . Customer Service The sales people seemed to know not much more than me. have been out of biking 12 years and had been doing alot of research, i went here because i work down the road. went in and started asking 29er questions , when sales gave there answer , i asked i you sure i have read this . they then had to call someone from service to answer my question. they seemed to be kind of car salesman like aand most not very knowledgeable of mountain bikes except what the bike co. catalouge said Similar Products Used: Had mixed reveiws about the techs , had to bring a new bike back 3-4 times to get something checked that i did not think felt right from the start . to make matters worse though i work near the shop, i live about 35 miles one way . i finally ran into the "right" tech and the bike has bee fine since. |

It seems like the part guys are more knowledgeable than the sales staff. I have been sold the wrong part just so the guy could make a sale only to bring the bike in and have the parts guy explain what i have an why it won't work, and what I could do to get it to work. Customer Service Customer service is ok but could be better. never had anyone walk away but getting questions answered is not always easy as well as getting the correct answers. I just bought a bike on Saturday, the sales guy said i could pick it up Sunday morning. When we go to the cashier they inform me that it will be Tuesday that i can pick up the bike. So i call them Monday and found out the bike is ready.
Similar Products Used: There are other bike stores around but at least the ones I have been to are even less in the know about mountain biking. |

The store itself is nice, fairly large, descent selection. Customer Service There basically was none, the rep. that "helped" me acted as if someone had run over his dog that day, at times walking away from me off into nowhere while I was attempting to ask questions.
Similar Products Used: Only reason I'm dealing with not throwing the bike back in their faces and demanding my money back is because thats all I had to spend on a bike at this time.

Very large shop, with a very good selection of bicycles and accessories. IMHO, they cater much more to the road than the dirt crowd and can be opinionated and argumentative. Customer Service My most recent experience is indicative. They told me they would call when my pedal (Crank Bros) was fixed, and they never did call me back. I had to call them, and they said at first that they couldn't fix it. Then they call me back an hour later and say it is fixed. All this took longer than originally promised, and this is during the late fall / winter, so it is not as if they are all that busy. So they do get the job done, but it is not in the smoothest fashion. Similar Products Used: There do not seem to be alot of serious mountain bikers who work at the shop. Although they are close to my workplace and very convenient for me, I decided NOT to purchase my Ibis from them due to this lack of dirt focus (in people, not products - they have a great selection of mountain bike parts). |

Excellent shop for serious road and mountain bikers while still providing services and selection for all levels of cyclists. Very high end bikes and part selection with a very knowledgeable staff. Customer Service The customer service has been outstanding. I purchased a high end mountain bike on sale in which the shop lost money on the deal. Still, they have backed up the sale 100% with tune ups and brake adjustments. I also had quite a bit of trouble with the front fork. After it initially failed they rebuilt it and after it failed again, they replaced it; all free of charge. Similar Products Used: Overall, this is an outstanding shop. Anthony, the new owner is active in the cycling scene and everyone there provides an outstanding level of customer service. Great shop for all levels of cyclists.
