great sales and tech people very knowledgeable about all the bikes that they sell. the only exception is a taller stocky person about 17-18 y/o once worked on my bike and i had to go back to get what he fixed re-fixed. i would recommend staying away from this mechanic and going to the other three very knowledgable mechanics
