Strength:

I ordered a Trek Fuel EX-7 through them and they kept me well informed throughout the shipping process, got the bike put together quickly, and have been just generally a great wealth of knowledge. Every time I've been in there there are always plenty of loyal customers in there and there are always joyful discussions taking place. I had a problem with my right crank arm coming loose and they fixed it for free and gave my bike a full tune up while I waited. They are committed to all forms of cycling and you can tell that they put passion into everything they do. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Weakness:

They are well sought out locally and usually have a bunch of bikes in front of yours for service but I have never had to wait long at all.

Best bike shop in Gwinnett

Customer Service

Fabulous turn around time for repairs. My bike is always done when they say, and sometimes more quickly. Good selection of clothes, bikes, and parts.

Poor service after the sale.

Customer Service

Great, until you have a problem.

I would avoid this shop, especially since there are so many reputable shops nearby. They were happy to take my money, but refused to fix their simple and repeated errors. The owner was surprisingly rude to me as well, despite me being very cordial when trying to resolve the problem. Since then, I have used a nearby shop in Dacula for years with zero issues.

Very unique building and great location. But there is where it ends. this place has gone south in the past couple of years.

Customer Service

horrible, please do not get your bike worked on here. Or order high end parts that fail in the first couple of weeks of riding, owner does not stand behind product or do the footwork to help resolve any issues. All that is there is a half trained owner and kids who attempt to work on bikes. very scary

There prices can't be beat around this area . I checked three other shops prices before deciding on this shop . I been there four times now , mainly for upgrades , but I also bought my son a bike there (mt240 trek) . I have a carbon frame trek . As this a trek dealer they are very familier with them . As long as I am in this area I plan on mainly using them .

Very unique looking shop, but that is where it stops

Customer Service

Average customer service, If you are tall, can work on your own bikes and like 29ers, this shop is for you. Otherwise, look else where

Opened 30 minutes late and the sales-person/mechanic was extremely rude. Probably won't go back despite cool bike selection.

Customer Service

Poor. Very rude.

Seems like a cool shop in a cool part of a tiny town. Maybe it's just the one dude, but I was really surprised how unhappy the mechanic was to see customers after opening the shop a half-hour late.

I went in to get my new fork and headset installed. They were nice enough to change everything for me on the spot. They even inspected my brakes and bottom bracket.

Their service charges were really good. Other places around Gwinnett charged twice as much.

I'm really satisfied with this shop.

Customer Service

Really friendly, informative, fast.

Not the largest shop around, but excellent customer service.

Customer Service

These folks will treat you right. I do most of the wrenching on my bikes, but when I run into something over my head this is where I go. When the rear triangle broke on my Klein they took a digital picture, sent the picture to Trek and in no time I was riding again. Quite a contrast to the shop where I bought the bike. They gave me a story about having to ship the triangle to Trek, yada yada...
