Mostly mid priced rides. from 500-2k, but if you don't see what you like they told me they could get the bike I wanted in a week. The shop on the left has all kinds of secret treasures you just have to ask. one of the cleanest shops I have seen.

Customer Service

Awesome, they were buisy on a Sunday, but the short blonde dude that reminds me of Steve Carrell helped me, I had a leaking and stuck down fox shock, he showed me the seals, and called me the next day. Done. he's a little old school, loves hardtails, and has led many bike tours around america. his helpers were ready to drop what they were doing to help. REI will bend over backwards if you let them.

people don't realize that they have more tooling and more money and more training than most shops, they however don't like when you buy all your stuff on e-bay and plop it down on the counter. you'll sense a little disapointment. but on their worst fay they are kinder than any other bike shop I have gone to. they have so much stuff in the back you just have to ask.

Awesome shop and great service. I really think the shining star though is the repair shop. The guys there are courteous and were very eager to get my bike adjusted and back to me before the weekend. You just don't find that much anymore, especially from a large chain, but they have managed to maintain a level of outstanding service that is hard to find!

Customer Service

Once again customer service is the best I have seen!

Bike shop staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help you out. The mechanics are trained at the Barnett Bicycle Instittute in Colorado Springs and really know the correct way to assess your bike's needs and problems as well as fix the problem the correct way. Like any good shop most of the time you will have to leave your bike with them for a couple of days in order for them to do the kind of job that they can really stand behind. They work on your bike as if it weretheir own and will not settle until they fix the problem if it is fixable. I have had nothing but good experiences and truly believe that this is one of the best shops in Atlanta if not the BEST.

Customer Service

The customer service is great. They stand behind their work and are very honest in their assessment of your bike. The whole store has great customer service and that is why so many people like me continue to shop there. There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee on anythiing you buy at the store. If you are not satisfied you can bring it back and their is no time limit. How many stores can say that.

If you are looking for a good bike shop to take your bike to and not have to worry about having some homemechanic tech wanna-be working on your bike then this is the place to go. THe master tech Erik Peterson is possibly one of the bestmechanics on the nation and actually goes back to BBI to teach other up and coming master techs.
