If you like 'hipsters', then welcome home. These guys cater to the remaining middle class. Apple users welcome here. They are way to cool to talk to so, get with it. I hate this shop. They have an unjustified sense of self righteousness. Very odd. Not relaxed, tense.

Outback has a good selection of new bikes, great service and a very knowledgeable staff. Most of the staff are mountain bikers, as well as road riders, so they can answer pretty much any questions about riding, maintainance, etc. They rebuilt my fork last year, very fast service, no problems with ordering the rebuilt kit from the manufacturer. They were also really helpful when I was picking out a new bike to buy. They had experience with all of the models and gave me the total run-down of all the pros and cons of each make and model.

Customer Service

Customer service is great. Someone always asks if you need help right when you walk in. The guys and gals that are in the shop all the time are not snobby about which bikes they like, and are willing to show you everything in the shop.

Repairs can take a little while (up to a week if you leave it in the shop), but lots of times they can fix something while you wait.
