Excellent selection of bikes: Cannondale, Specialized, GT, Raleigh, and others. They carry a good selection of tires, accessories, clothing, and other miscellaneous items.

Customer Service

Excellent. My wife and I have purchased six bikes from Wooden Wheels. With each purchase we put them through hell. With each purchase, we were fitted on at least three bikes before deciding on one over the course of a few weeks! The patience they have is admirable. My wife's last purchase had them fit her on four bikes over the course of a month before she made a decision! But they did this all with patience and a smile.

The staff loves biking and it shows. Their attention to detail and their willingness to get you on the right bike is priceless.

When I need repairs, well, they are second to none. The turn around time is fast. Their prices are outstanding.

Recently, I had them build me a set of wheels after a crash that took out my front wheel. All I can say is, unbelievable quality at a great cost. If you need a shop to buy a bike from or to get work done, look no farther. Go to Wooden Wheels now!

Pretty good bike selection, all quality. No used bikes if that is what you are looking for. If you are looking for accessories you will have to go elsewhere do their limited supply.

Customer Service

Depending on the employee they can be abrupt and borderline rude at times. One thing is said over the phone and then another thing is said in person. Unreliable price quotes that change after work is performed. Not a reliable store. I have had positive experiences with them in the past, but have had several negative experiences with them recently. Will not likely return to the store in the future.

Strange hours of operation, but are open 7 days a week. Long turnover time for even simple repairs.

The Shop usually has a pretty good number of bikes on the floor along with accessories. But they are not a big chain store so it makes sense they don't keep everything on hand, not to worry as they are happy get it for you in a reasonable time period. They stock Road, Cruiser, kids, BMX/freestyle, MTB and hybrid bikes along with Racks and the other need to haves. I think where they stand out above other places is bike service though.

Customer Service

As anywhere they have new employees but if who your with can't help they realize it and go to someone who can. I do most of my own work so when I go to a shop it is usually an oddball tool requirement or complete wheel rebuild, so I am not an Ideal service customer but they have always done what what asked, in the time period they represented... sounds easy until you try some other shops...

They are not open on Sundays and late nights- good for them they deserve it! it is worth the wait as you will get to deal with a true bike shop.
They will help with whatever it is you need down to letting you sort through their bolt bins and bike take offs, other shops would rather you buy a whole new bike- true customer service.

The shop has it all and if you cant find it they know where you can get it they have been around for ever. I have been a customer at this shop since I was a kid buying my first freestyle rig back in 1986. These guys are there to help...they dont mind taking a minute or more to help you out with a problem that other shops would make you leave for a week long repair when in reality it only takes 5 minutes. The owner, Tom, is a down to earth guy that seems to care about his shop and his customers and he actually rides bikes!

Customer Service

Top notch service. Most employees seem to know there stuff and those that dont know to ask those that do. The family that runs the shop is well versed in almost any problem that you may come across.
