Customer Service

Top notch costumer service, no pressure sales people, sales people are long time riders with love for the sport. Intelligent and take time to respond to your every question not just know in and out technically but are willing to share their opinion, impression and experience of the components. They will let you test drive any bike that you feel you might be interested in, Slawek even goes as far as observe you while riding and is willing to share what he sees as far as your posture goes and the bike geometry. They will not pressure you into higher priced bike but rather bake that you might be better off as far as comfort goes. I went there looking for a hard tail with 2k budget walked out with a bike for 800.00 that felt the best, sure with not top notch component but those are easy to upgrade, but I got bike with the best geometry of any bike I ever road. It felt like the bike was costume for me. Def. worth checking into.

Take your time to find a bike with the best geometry that complements your body and style of riding.

They will look over/double check the bike again before releasing it to you. Even if the person that sold it to you is the one that build it he makes sure to check his work twice as a precaution. As well with bike purchase you get first tune up free.

This shop caters to the Fairfield county beginner/intermediate rider, that's where the $$ is. Great shop if that's who you are. Use to be a shop with a fair amount of hardcore expert mountain bikers but those days are gone.

Customer Service

Good for bikes, slow when you need special orders or warranty stuff.

Quality service, no pressure sales and was willing to answer everyone of my questions. Clean, neat and large with a nice sized service area for tune ups, installations etc... Nice large selection of road and mountain bikes.

Customer Service

The service here was top notch. No pressure at all. Offers to demo the bike I was looking at right there in the parking lot in a roped off area. (They make you wear a helmet). Went back there for my purchase of which they had their technician look at it and then give it a full tune up and adjust the bike for my weight. Awesome...
