This shop provides mixed customer service; sometimes they are awesome, sometimes they are horrible. Definitely, horribly on the phone. Just been there for random parts but never dared to drop my bike for any service.

Customer Service

Mixed. Depends on the day.

Went for random parts okay b/c it was on the way home from riding. Would not leave bike for service.

They have a few items for sale but there niche seems to be service and repair. I had a fork and new headset installed a few weeks ago and the did a great job. They were fast and the shop rates were very reasonable. I called around and was quoted more than double for the same work done at other shops.

Customer Service

I had a brake issue with my new for being post mount and my old setup was IS. I ended up having the right part stashed in my toolbox but there was great communication to solve the problem.

Anytime I need some work done on my bike I'll go back here.

a good shop for repairs (bike and ski)
matt built the wheels on my DH bike and they've stayed true even though i beat on them pretty hard

not so much for retail, but that's how it's set up

Customer Service

really good if you get matt, the owner
can be hit or miss with employees

this shop is more than happy to install aprts you buy online

and i don't really know what the other poster thinks a business should charge. it's not just the time it took them, it's the tools they used and the space they rent

i can assure you that you would have paid more if you had gone down the street to Turin

Must be hurting for cash - charged me 5$ to screw a cassette onto a wheel (literally took the guy 25 seconds).
