Location is great. Besides being right by my house, it is right on the Santa Fe Trail. They have more stuff in stock than any other store in town and keep it real (no elitist mentality). Customer Service Awesome, especially the bike techs - Jon and Jake. Both took the time to look my bike over above and beyond the "normal" inspection. Quickest turnaround time in town compared to 4 other shops I have used. These guys know their stuff, explain the issue in normal language, and go the extra mile. |

Very nice store front, good location, huge bench stock of usable parts, always bike techs on hand. Great rental bike selection too. Customer Service Hands down the best customer service I've seen since I started riding. I went in today to have my bike looked over, and was greeted promptly by a tech named John. He was patient and knowledgeable. He spent the better part of half an hour inspecting my bike. He even threw in a rear brake rotor screw i was missing for free. He didn't try to sell me on anything, rather he told me his opinion on different components and how I could achieve the same results I wanted without breaking the bank. I could go on, but "Above and beyond" comes to mind... Similar Products Used: I'll be back for anything I need... |

One stop shop for those in dire need of rare earth MTB parts. Bit pricey on the hard goods but at least they have it when you need it. Customer Service Unrivaled customer service. No pressure to buy, but they'll spend all day with you answering questions and talking "bike." They don't tend to up-sell because they're more interested in selling what works.
Similar Products Used: Store honors merchandise warranties with NO HASSLE. Local. They rent real bikes. |

Road, MTB, and service. They have everything you need and can order the rest. Customer Service Very knowledgable, they can find you what you want and build whatever they don't have Similar Products Used: I rate this a 5 chili because they have been able to fix whatever I need, they have good trail recommendations, and they are nice to me. Who knows what kind of day the first guy had, but I felt I should come in and say that's not near what I see. They can rebuild fox forks.. they can fix anything, and they are fast. They might be on the higher end on price, but they have it in stock too... |

I have only had positive experiences at Criterium though I've heard people with bad experiences. Staff seems knowledgeable but not elitist, unlike other shops in Co. Springs. |

Local shop that is almost always MSRP + 10-20% Only place in Colo Springs you can rent a real mtb, or tandem. Customer Service Good techs if you get the right one. I work 10 min from this shop so I tend to swing by often in the summer. I have had my bike serviced twice by them. Each time I wasn't dissappointed but wasn't thrilled either. I watched the tech tighten my bb shell with an adustable wrench even though a torque wrench was on the wall. Didn't seem professional but it worked and the bb has stopped creaking. Similar Products Used: I have mainly bought items like tubes from them, they stock some semi odd parts 180mm avid juicy 7 rotors and I have bought them when I bent one and didn't want to wait. |

Horrible shop. Snob techs and sales people. Actually charged 300+ dollars to do repairs on a bike and when the bike got home the crank arms and bottom bracket that were charged for had never even been touched. Complete rip off and I'd avoid this shop and it's people at all costs. |
