Great shop, they keep it boutique and fairly cheap. Fun shop to just visit to talk bikes or to check out the nice eye candy, of bicycles. Customer Service Knowledgeable employees and great mechanics. The mechanics work daily on top road and mountain bikes, I've seen some big time pros walk in and out of there. Similar Products Used: Ride on. |

Needs some female employees to balance out all the testosterone Customer Service Sometimes okay service but the "I'm cool" attitude in the shop is lame |

I just purchased my third bike from Boulder Cycle Sport, a Specialized Tricross Expert. Brandon's knowledge of cyclcross was THE factor in purchasing the Specialized Tricross Expert. Brandon and Doyle helped me determine what the "biggest bang for my buck" was and what bike would be the perfect fit. I've also purchased a Cannondale Prophet and Surly Crosscheck from Boulder Cycle Sport. Customer Service Brandon, Doyle and the rest of the Boulder Cycle sport team is very responsive to my inquires. Always greeted with a smile and help once I enter the door. I've taken my bikes to Boulder Cycle Sport for various tuning and have NEVER returned due to not fixing it right the first time. I was estatic to receive my Specialized Tricross Expert in only a few days after the order went through! Doyle was great with making my bike fit me when it arrived. I've ridden over 100 miles in 2 weeks and nothing but smiles! Similar Products Used: Being a former volunteer IMBA State Representative, I give my business to the bike shops that give back to the sport I love. Brandon and the Boulder Cycle Sport team continue to give back to the mountain biking and cyclocross community and is the reason why I give them my business. The Team at Boulder Cycle Sport "gets it"..."more trails = more sales!" I will continue to send my family and friends to Boulder Cycle Sport. |

BCC is great! I have bought three bikes from them and have been in many times for service. They are top notch in my opnion! Customer Service Great! Taro, Brandon, Mike, Dwane, everyone is very knowlageable and helpful. Heck Brandon even sent me a christmass card last year, thanking me for my support. I would call that customer service. Similar Products Used: Boulder Cycle Sport gave me very sound advice when shoping for my first new raod bike in over ten years (basically talked me out of the bike I thought I wanted, because it didn't fit me properly, and in to a Scott, which I wasn't too sure of but have turned out to love to ride). Also , they really worked with me to get my position set up correctly. |

Stay very clear of this bike shop. Boulder has many customer oriented shops with great service. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!! Outrageous prices and terrible customer service. If you want to get completely bent over feel free to visit this shop, otherwise go elsewhere. Their attitude is "what have you done for me lately". The owner Brandon is the worst of all. Attitude obviously flows form top down. STAY AWAY!!! Customer Service Terrible!!! |

I purchased a 4000+ Specialized Mountain Bike from this shop. Customer Service Actually would have posted a good review if they would not have bailed on a commitment. I was willing to forgive the fact that they rode or mis-handled my bike. |

In my opinion this is one of the worst shops in Boulder. The mechanics suck and can hardly put a bike together. Everything is way over priced and the salespeople treat you like they know everything and you know nothing. Customer Service The customer service sucks. I have only been to the shop once and i have to say that i was disapointed. I had a slow leak on the way out of town so i bought a tube a asked them to put it in for me, they may have been joking but they made me feel stupid by saying i couldn't do it myself. I thought the mechanic was a jerk. Customer Service so-so Similar Products Used: ... |

Great shop and great location. Brandon and staff do a great job at making anyone feel welcome and help getting you on the trail as soon as possible. Great inventory of bikes. Great knowledge. Great place to go to pick up doperssuck items as well. Customer Service Very friendly and helpful staff. You won't be standing around waiting for someone to help you. Bikes purchased and serviced were in good working order after built and serviced. Similar Products Used: Location is stellar since it's on a popluar road biking route. |
