I was a little worried at first walking up, it definitely looks like a BMX place and I was concerned that I was going to stick out like a sore thumb. Lucky they were all really nice guys and gals and they seemed to genuinely care about what I needed help with. I immediately felt welcome, and could tell that they worked on all kinds of bikes. They had DH bikes lined up against the wall and a "work area" in the back. A small shop overall, but pretty packed with stuff. It had everything bmx/mountain biking related, I didn't see much in the way of road biking though. Customer Service Right off the bat this store wowed me with its customer service. Ryan had no problem special ordering a helmet for me, and even seemed excited for me. But it was when I had to bring it back that they really stood out. It was a full face helmet and just too hot for the kind of riding I do. (I bought it after a really nasty crash, not realizing how much overkill it really would be for XC riding). I could tell Ryan was disappointed, but he was still willing to make a deal. There really was no haggling, right off the bat he offered another helmet in exchange and some cash to balance out the price. I thought it was very generous given that it would be hard to find someone willing to buy a used helmet, even if it was only worn once. Similar Products Used: All in all, I found it to be a great bike shop with caring and enthusiastic staff. It will definitely be my go to bike shop from now on, even though it isn't quite "local". |

What appears to be a BMX shop from the outside,is actually the best shop I have ever been to.
Customer Service I came to Kore upon the word of mouth recommendation of another rider while we were discussing horror stories experienced at other area bike shops.

Kore bikes is the perfect shop. Ryan takes the time and he invests in his customers. Customer Service The customer service is by far the best in AZ. Similar Products Used: I live in the northwest valley and I won't go to any other bike shop. Kore is the only shop that wrenches on my bikes. |

I went in thinking I cracked my rim, but I was newbin' it and was wrong. I appreciated their blunt candor. They could've sold me a rim, but didn't. That's the kind of honesty I look for in ANY type of business, especially in these time.

I have to been to shops all over Phoenix and I have found Kore Bikes to be the best. The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. Customer Service The service at Kore bikes is the best. Ryan, the shop owner is knowledgeable, friendly and has a "do what it takes" attitude to ensure I am a satisfied customer. He is always friendly and courteous. In addition, Ryan is one of the best wrenches in Phoenix. He takes customer service to the next level definitely a step above other shops in Phoenix. |
