Was in sedona last march for the first time. Rode over to OTE to get help dialing a recently purchased tallboy. Matt was super. Great vib in the shop. I'll be back. |

Great demo and amazing trails. I highly recommend putting Sedona on short list of places to ride. Mike and Jason at Over The Edge Sedona are great guys and have excellent trail knowledge. They will also make you a mean coffee. |

Small shop with a great vibe, Jason and Mike know what they are talking about and are friendly and helpful. Customer Service We got a map and Jason drew all over it to make sure we were on the best trails for us. Similar Products Used: Sedona has some of the best trails in the west, definitely a destination. This shop is definitely the shop to go to when you get to Sedona. |

Great shop,as would be expected from the Over The Edge franchise. I have been to the Fruita and Grand Forks shops multiple times. Service, knowledge and support you could not ask for any more or better. Great rentals and trail directions. It is a young shop so a bit limited with choices in shop swag. One of the owners was a Crank Bro. rep and has information about components beyond normal mortals. Customer Service Fast, efficient, and courteous. Similar Products Used: While I was there a local guy,who did not purchase anything from the shop, was down on his luck with an advance mechanic problem. Specialized tools and expertise ,which the local guy did not have, were freely given by one of the owners. They are part of the "Tribe". |
