Customer Service Shopped here a few times and have had mixed service. Bought a Trek Superfly earlier this year. The salesperson was really helpful and he spent a bunch of time with me. They told me to bring it in when it was broken in. It took me about 6 months before I brought it in. Didnt ride much because of the summer heat and I felt like I got to the point where I should take it in. |

I bought a new mountain bike from them in Dec 2011. The buying experience was great, my salesperson was very knowledgeable and they had the bike built in a couple of hours.

Will NEVER buy from this shop again. I bought a $415 Trek supposedly brand new but quickly had problems with both the brakes and chain system. The tires also would lose air pretty quickly and I had to buy another set of tire tubes to go with it. Their products are defective and they don't stand by their own warranties. They refused to take the return. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! Customer Service Worst I've ever dealt with. Refused to compromise and had an attitude. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!! Similar Products Used: DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SHOP. Their products are defective and they don't stand by their own warranties. |

Clean, well stocked shop, interesting to brouse in. Customer Service I have been to the phoenix shop a couple times, lately. The employees are friendly, helpful and concerned hat the used bike that I brought in was safe and adjusted. Very reasonable service charges. Similar Products Used: Worth the trip from Wickenburg! |

I go here for tubes, I have always found these guys to be helpful, I'll agree with the person that the manager (or at least the one whome I've seen there) holds back the other employees. I've asked about pedals, brakes, wheels, and every time he stops the other employees from looking up prices. He says once I decide on buying them, then they will research it. Well, I'm not going to blindly buy something without knowing the price first, and if I'm asking about the prices in the first place, that gives a pretty good hint that I'm interested in purchasing the product. I mean, that statement is so confusing on so many levels.

I don't know as every time I have gone there no one provides much assistance. Customer Service Pitiful. The employees seemed eager to provide service however they were handcuffed by the store's manager (Scottsdale Rd. & Shea site). I went in to purchase a Specialized Era for my wife as a surprise but was told that once it leaves the door it's mine...I purchased the bike from DNA Bike as a result and highly recommend them. RAGE is my shop for my Titus and had they inventoried a WSD mtb I would have gone there. What kind of commitment to the customer is it when you simply want to buy a $2500 bike as a surprise but if it didn't fit, "it's mine"? Similar Products Used: Won't deal with Landis...in fact I pass it by on my way to RAGE or DNA. |

The shop was clean and well organized, well lit with a good selection of bikes and accessories. Customer Service Poor: I walked into this facility on 08 Jan 2008. There were four employees behind the counter. One in the phone, two working on bikes and one talking to the lady working on a bike: After 15 minutes in the store looking at a Trek Navigator 3, pulling it out, got on it and putting it back. Not one person asked if I needed assistance. Admittedly I am a 50 year old male and overweight, but I had a $1000.00 in my pocket to spend. When a 20 something blond walked in, two people immediately assisted her in buying a water bottle. I took my money and left without a word, assuming their after sale customer service must be like their pre-sale service. I do not recommend this shop. Bob –Mesa AZ Similar Products Used: Their technical Expertise rating is solely based on the work I observed being performed on the bikes in the shop. They appeared to have all the applicable equipment skill to perform the tasks at hand. I do not know of their knowledge as no one spoke to me. |

i visited the Shea store. I was larger inside than appears from the outside. They have a large selection of Road, Mountain, Comfort and Fitness bikes and accessories.
Customer Service I visited the Shea store to see about sizing a Trek WSD bike for my wife. They had a variety of models and sizes for her to try. It was a weekend and they were moderately busy (about 7-10 customers). We had our 3 year old with us. I found the staff quick to greet us and asked us to look around and they would get with us ASAP. Similar Products Used: I was impressed with the shop. Especially after reading the reviews here. |

The Phoenix shop, was worthless. They only had Treks. When I walked in looking for a new bike during a slow time on a weekday. The staff was too busy to help. Customer Service Tempe shop is great customer service |
