Strength:
Inventory inventory inventory. Boy do they have inventory. Truly an unbelievable store. What other bike shop has a wall of frames. Great customer service, with a knowledgeable staff. Keep up the great work. Loving my hightower LT and so glad I went with the carbon wheels. Thanks! Weakness:
The only weakness I can think of is I'm going to be disappointed when I go to other bike shops after this. |

The atmosphere is really cool. It's definitely unique compared to other bike shops I have been to. Customer Service The worse customer service I have ever seen. Went into the shop a week after a part was suppose to have been ordered. They never followed up and didn't get my part for 4 weeks. They return calls about 10% of the time. It feels like they are more interested in what's in front of them. I think they move so much product, customer service has suffered because of it. The guys who work there are really nice and know a lot about bikes. Similar Products Used: The worse customer service I have seen but the prices are unbeatable. If you can handle bad customer service and great prices, this place is for you. |

Shop is very nice looking. Definately the Scottsdale look inside for a Bike Shop. Customer Service After you get past the nice look inside the customer service is horrible, perhaps the worst I have ever experienced in a bike shop. I bought from this shop because they offered a great price on a bike but they didn't offer any setup on the bike at all. I had issues with my bike within the first month which didn't bother me but the fact that they didn't offer any suppor or seem to care showed poor service, I had to work with the component company on each issue. Once they had my money for the purchase it appeared they could have cared less to offer any support. Will never buy from here again and would not recommend buying from here if customer service is a priority. If all you want is a great price then this might be the place for you. |

This was the worst experience I have had a bike shop. I was very excited to go there and participate in the race team. I was looking for support and they seemed to have everything I needed. Customer Service Aweful. They make you wait for months... then disappointment. |

My personal opinion this is the worse shop in Arizona. I've learned a lot since my experience with Brian and Steve. It's sad their greed got in the way of treating this customer correctly! I've spent a lot of money since my Airpark Bike experience which could have been theirs with a little common sense. Customer Service Poor at best. I had a poor experience with an Ellsworth build. They blew off ordering a part several times that they kept saying they would have quickly. No help with suspension setup nor was I given any instructions from the manufacturers of the components. What's up with the Fetish thing? They did give me an aluminum seat post after the carbon broke first ride. |

the shop is large, well set up and has a lot to look at. a good range as far as price points and you can go as high end as you want with these guys. Customer Service typically for what ever reason i've had bad experiences with customer service with almost every scottsdale,az bike shop.not the case with airpark bikes.it's very hard to find a shop that will price match the internet giants.i was in airpark looking at an item that i was getting ready to purchase from one of the major internet mail order shops.i had already been quoted a price on a frame and fork combo that was five to six hundred off msrp.i told the sales kid that i was just looking but some how he continued to ask me questions until it came out that i had a quote from an internet shop.he asked me what i had been quoted i told him and he said hold on for a second and let me see if we can match the price.i think the name of the guy he asked was steve.steve asked me what internet shop so i told him and with out hesitation he beat their price and it was a no "BS" out the door no tax price match, wow!!!there was also a guy named brian that was just the coolest guy he gave me the best info and advice on what is was that i needed as far as the build kit and frane size for what i wanted to use it for. when i brought my bike back in for service they went the extra mile and did it right.
