I ordered a Garmin 500 Neutral bundle from them online. After waiting a day and not receiving a confirmation email I called them. I spoke with Randy Pitaluga and he emailed me back saying:

"Hi Brad Yes we do have the Garmin Edge 500 Neutral Bundle in stock. I will send tracking info later today."

When I received the unit is was Red not neutral. I did not open the packaging. I emailed him twice asking for a prepaid return shipping label and he responded with the following:

"Brad
I don`t think the bundle comes in neutral color. At least not from my supplier?
Randy"

He did not issue a return shipping label, and did not address my request for return.

After a few days I finally paid the return shipping cost myself. I included copies of our email and a letter requesting a full refund including my return shipping cost.

I never received a reply. My original purchase price was refunded but not the return shipping.

I will never do business with Randy Pitaluga again. He does not know what the truth is nor the meaning of good customer service.
