Very knowledgeable staff that are eager to help and answer any questions. They are fully stocked with anything and everything Specialized. Customer Service The customer service is phenomenal. I've purchased two bikes from Global and am extremely happy with the purchase. The guys are always there to answer questions and recommend products that can improve my performance.

Just got back from Global Bikes in Gilbert, and despite the reviews i had a great experience. I was looking for my first MTB, still waiting, and thought i'd try out what they had. I was looking at the Specialized Rockhopper or Hardrock. the place was stacked with bikes and they were trying to clear out the '11 models. Wasn't too busy. Customer Service The customer service was excellent. I was given the chance to ride three different bikes and the salesman seemed genuinely interested in helping answer my questions and help me out. I felt totally at ease considering my total lack of knowledge. He was not pushy or in the model of upsale. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone. Similar Products Used: Not sure about their technical expertise. but hopefully i'll have a chance to find out. The salesman did however, know his bikes and models well. |

I purchased a Specialized FSR XC from their shop in 2007 and received what I felt was a very fair price (It has also turned out to be a great bike). I have also enjoyed their free life-time tune-ups, which I use every three or four months, saving quite a bit of money. Their customer service is below average, but their mechanics do a very good job and they have a very good selection of products. Customer Service Other than when I purchased my bike, the sales staff seems annoyed or disinterested in me if it does not seem I am in there for another big purchase. Going into their shop is pretty awkward and uncomfortable experience and I echo the used-car feel of their sales staff mentioned by other reviewers. On the plus side, their mechanics have generally done an excellent job with minor repairs and tune-ups, in addition to explaining potential problems I may have if certain maintenance issues aren't attended too. As a result, I tend to work mostly with the just the mechanics and shop for bike products elsewhere (on-line or at Performance Bike, where prices are generally much lower). Similar Products Used: I wish they had better customer service, because they are located close to my home and have good products and mechanics. The poor customer service is a big downer though, and it is only because of the free tune-ups that I keep going back. |

Great shop. They do carry brands other than SPecialized.. Cove, KHS and Jamis. I think that they guys at Global are very respectful and patient. I am not a pro and not as good as I should be after riding five yes, but they are always helpful and treat me well. Customer Service Great service. They always take their time and answer all of my questions. Similar Products Used: They are very active in the community and that is how I found them. they volunteer at a Ride for Life event in Mesa. |

Latest Parts and Bikes on display, Too Heavy in one Brand! "S". Very poor attitude towards the beginning cyclist. No wonder the average motorist is ignorant to cyclists, chasing new bee's away!. Customer Service POOR POOR POOR. Sending something back myself to the manufacturer to save time is a cop out. I have been there more than once while traveling down to the valley to ride with friends, I have brought customers to their shop!. Staff could care less! They have an unfriendly elitist attitude. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Similar Products Used: Try and find a Ma and Pa shop if you are a beginner. If your broke down and no where else to go, then I guess your stuck! Global is truly a dinosaur waiting for extinction. |

I have bought several parts from them, never really friendly. I have always got the feeling from them that I am wasting there time w/ questions. Customer Service price point is the only thing that they have going for them. (sometimes) |

I stop into Global Bikes every now and then and can say that I've always had solid experiences with them. Nothing over the top, but decent quality service and a fealing that they enjoy having me as a customer. Customer Service I bought one of my bikes at Global (Jamis Dakar) They don't sell Jamis anymore but I still take in my bike for Tune's every few months. Service has been fine, no complaints. They got me and one of my other bikes out of a bind once when the other shop I go to couldn't, that was good. Similar Products Used: Global Has really grown. They used to be about the size of a small water and ice store. They are know about 8 times larger! It's good to see a LBS grow. I'm going to shop them for a pair of pedals this weekend who knows they might match performance. |

I thought that Global Bikes handled all of my questions and was very informative. I spent weeks shopping around other valley shops and found them to be the best. The free lifetime service is outstanding! |

Been to this shop a few times. They mostly support Specialized bikes. Not a huge fan of the shop I always get that used car dealership feeling everytime I stoped by there. Thats why I quit going. Customer service is sub par. I would recommend any other shop before I would recommend them. |
