Small, locally run shop with fantastic customer service, great mechanics, and great products. This is the first LBS I have ever had that I am loyal enough to shop there for 100% of my bike purchases. This is simply because they are such great people.

Customer Service

They have the best mechanics of any shop I have ever frequented. They do great work, they do it fast, and they do it for a fair price. They also know their products inside and out. Kaolin, Spencer, Steve, and Joey all ride more than one discipline, and are all great to deal with.

This is a small shop, but Dave has simply proven to be the most knowlageable, helpfull, friendly person working in a bike shop that I have met. I rented a bike for a day from him, he built the bike up the way I wanted and meticulously fitted the bike and tuned the suspension for me. He has spent the time to discuss suspension tuning, how to get the most out of my current build and answered a ton of my questions I had about bikes with a smile and level of detail that I have never gotten before. His passion for riding is contagious. Unfortunatly he is 2 1/2 hrs away, or I would never go anywhere else.

Customer Service

The best.

Local shop with people that ride every day and know bikes. They sell and service road and mountain bikes, as well as all the clothing and accessories. Located in Cave Creek north of Phoenix they are close to great riding on trails or road. Kaolin will get you fitted properly on your bike, something too many people overlook. They have rentals if you are visiting also.

Customer Service

Friendly and focused on getting you on the right bike. I bought a Gary Fisher Hi Fi 29'er a year or so ago after many years out of the saddle. I had never even heard of a "29'er" before and they let me ride a number of bikes to settle on the one that worked best for me, not just the most expensive bike they could sell me. I go there for my parts and maintenance and the service is always great and the prices very fair.
