My experiences with Bike Discount are similar to a lot of comments across the cycling forums. They do sell a number of products at good prices, although not necessarily the best available online. The catch is after sales service, where they are generally just not interested. I bought a top of the range Radon Black Sin XC race MTB, which has a very good spec for the price. Unfortunately they have clearly cut corners on the frame manufacture, and it failed after 4 days of normal riding. As with many other customers they have refused to honour a warranty replacement. I massively regret not buying a quality product from a reputable brand.

Customer Service

At best rude denial, at worst totally ignored!

Have lots of nice thing but so did the witch in Hansel and Gretel . Don't get lured in. Stay away cause once your in it's difficult to get out!

Customer Service

This must be a new concept for them cause they are still trying to work it out.

They send your parcel around the world but not where it should go and then ignore your request for a refund even though DHL tracking shows where the parcel is going (back to them). I don't think they have heard of the the German Distance Selling Rules and take their time refunding.

Good prices, but not worth it. Stay away.

Customer Service

Atrocious. Hideous. Disgusting. Their customer service is almost as friendly as a wasp-nest.

After spending hours on the phone to Germany, and having several calls dropped, I finally get through a a "supervisor" names Stephan who just yells at me and hangs up.

Their M.O. seems to be:
* Blame the customer
* Blame the shipper
* Waste everyone's time
* Never admit fault
* Never volunteer a refund, even after 7+ weeks without delivering ANY merchandise

It's been nearly 8 weeks since I placed an order. They shipped it to the wrong country. Since I placed the order I've gotten nothing from them but excuses and bull-****. First they blame DHL for shipping the package to the wrong country, instead of admitting that their warehouse put the wrong address label on the package. Then they say the 2nd package was delivered to me and signed for, but it's DHL's fault that they can't get a copy of the signature (yeah, right). Then they say I have to sign a form before anything else can proceed, but it has to be my original signature on the original form (WTF???) so they can't email me the form and I can't scan it and email it back... I've been waiting a week and a half for this alleged form to show up in the mail... I've had enough!

After 7½ weeks of waiting while they screw up and make excuses, it's time to initiate a charge-back through the credit-card company for merchandise not received. I'm done playing games.

You've been warned.

This shop is like a trap. So much nice things to buy with cheap price!

The webshop system is broken. It let me order items that wasn't really available. They also charged for those.

Customer Service

Horrible. I won't share the whole story here but they don't treat customers right. To me it feels like they are repelling potential customers. Takes long to answer simple questions like "is my order ok?" by email ect

Customer Service

I bought a Garmin 800 CN bundle which was supposed to include the Garmin 'City Navigator'-map. However this was not in the package I received.
Now more than a month has passed and I have corresponded numerous times with their customer service, but they have never delivered the missing map.

This shop sells everything you need from gear, clothing, bike parts, complete bikes etc. They are verry up to date. Never been there in person but only ordered there by mail. Quick delivery and sharp prices to!
